The following terms govern reservations and stays at Casa Laudieri and form part of the agreement between the guest and the host.
A reservation is confirmed once payment has been received.

For long stays (14 nights or more), the cancellation periods double.
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings for specific dates (Art. 59, D.lgs. 206/2005). Our cancellation terms above apply instead.
Check-in 15:00 – 19:00.
Check-out By 10:00. Late check-out subject to availability.
This is a non-smoking property. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and 12:00 to 15:00. We welcome children of all ages. We have one cot and one high-chair shared across the apartments, subject to availability. Please let us know in advance and we'll have them ready for you. We are unable to accommodate pets; registered service animals are welcome.
Accidental damage occurs from time to time; please inform us so that it can be remedied. Significant damage will be charged at cost, and an itemised account will always be provided.
Casa Laudieri is not liable for personal injury or loss of property during your stay, except where caused by gross negligence on our part. Travel insurance is recommended.
Guests who have stayed with us are offered a returning-guest discount, valid for twelve months from departure. It applies to direct bookings made through casalaudieri.com only and cannot be combined with other offers. The discount excludes peak periods (July, August, Christmas, and New Year). One discount per booking; the code must be entered at the time of booking.
