Casa Laudieri began its life as a tailor's workshop, opening onto a quiet street in Brixen. In 1915, Emmerich Krenn bought it with his wife Anna Rospara. The needles fell silent, and the workshop became a home. Their daughter, Anna Krenn, lived here through most of her life. After her, the house slowly quieted. For a long stretch of years it stood mostly forgotten, the garden left to nature. It was Ivo Laudieri, Anna's grandson, who brought the house back to life. Restoration began around 2014, every original surface was kept, where it could be. In 2021 the first apartment, Plose, opened its door to a guest. Königsanger and Jochtal followed.

1930s–1980s Their daughter Anna Krenn raises her children here, and the house comes to life once again.
1980s–2010s A long quiet stretch. The house empties and the garden is left to nature.
2014 Restoration begins under Ivo Laudieri. The facade is repainted, the roof redone and the stones repointed. Very little is changed beyond the necessary.
2021 The first apartment, Plose, opens its doors to guests.
2022 Königsanger and Jochtal follow, one at a time, as the rooms are ready.
2025 Facilities are updated, an elevator is added and two new apartments are planned.
We wanted the house to remain a home, not a hotel.
