A few things to know before you arrive.

Please leave your shoes by the door.
Quiet hours: 12:00–15:00 and 22:00–08:00.
Please don't move the furniture.
Bicycles, ski gear, prams and large items stay outside the apartment.
Only registered guests may use the apartments. Additional visitors are not permitted.
Tourist tax is €2.80 per person per night (children under 14 are exempt). Invoices available on request.
To help us care for the floors, we kindly ask you to leave your shoes by the entrance and wear the slippers provided. Our larch floors are over one hundred years old and can have small imperfections.
To preserve the historic wood, furnishings, textiles and indoor air quality for years to come, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. We kindly ask you not to bring cigarette butts and/or ash into the house.
The Wi-Fi network name and password can be found on the welcome card.
Each kitchen has an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, moka pot and filter coffee machine. Coffee, mountain tea, herbal salt, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and the welcome basket with bread, butter, local farmer's honey and a bottle of apple juice. A bottle of wine from a local winery for stays of one week or more.
Each room has a radiator with thermostat. Adjust the desired temperature directly on the radiator. We kindly ask you to turn the heating down when leaving the house. Some are old single-glazed double windows, though not all. The old town is quiet, you'll wake to birdsong.
A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board in every apartment. Detergent provided.
Please dispose of waste and recyclables at the collection point located about 100 metres away. We will provide you with the access card. Please sort your waste correctly and follow the instructions provided at the bins.

Please leave the keys and the access card for the waste collection point on the credenza in the hallway.
