Getting here?

By train: Brixen lies on the main north-south rail line crossing the Brenner Pass. The train station is within a ten-minute walk of the house.

From Innsbruck, 90 minutes

From Verona, 2.5 hours

From Munich, 3 hours

From Milan, 4 hours

By air: The closest airports are Bolzano, Innsbruck, Verona, Venice, Munich, and Milan. All connect to Brixen by train via the Brenner line.

Transfers: We can arrange a transfer from the airport or from the station, for an additional fee. Just ask when you book.

Getting around: A well-connected public transport network links the town with nearby villages and ski areas. The Dolomites are best explored by (rental) car.

Traveling with pets?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Registered service animals are welcome.

What is included?

Bed linens, bath towels, pine oil soap, a welcome basket of bread, butter, a bottle of apple juice and local farmer's honey. A bottle of wine from a local winery for stays of one week or longer. Heating, electricity and wifi.

Arriving by car?

Free parking is available in front of the house. Please let us know before your arrival.

Minimum stay?

Four nights as standard. One week in high season. Reduced rates for stays of two weeks or longer, with a mid-stay linen change and clean included. Just ask.

Cancellation policy?

For direct bookings:

Full refund up to 30 days before arrival

50% refund up to 14 days before arrival

No refund within 14 days of arrival

Long stays (two weeks or more):

Full refund up to 60 days before arrival

50% refund up to 30 days before arrival

No refund within 30 days of arrival

For bookings made through booking platforms, the respective platform's cancellation policy applies.
