Hiking equipment Light hiking shoes for marked trails. Proper boots for rocky paths. Bring warm and waterproof clothing, as well as food and drinks.

Safety Always check the difficulty of a trail before you set out and don't overestimate your ability. Some routes are for experienced hikers only, and you walk at your own risk.
